FAQ

1. How does access timing work?

SoccerXPicks Access is sold on a weekly basis. The service week is based on Sunday to Saturday in UTC. In general, paying during the current week gives you access to the following week's picks window when that entitled week becomes active. If you subscribe during the current week for next week's entitlement, the current week remains locked.

Example: if you do not subscribe in Week 1, Week 1 stays locked. If you subscribe in Week 2, that purchase gives you entitlement for Week 3, while Week 2 remains locked. When Week 3 becomes active, your entitled week (UTC) and picks become visible. Picks are tied to the match kickoff week in UTC, not simply the time a pick was posted.

2. I just subscribed. How do I sign in for the first time?

Your login ID is the same email address used at checkout. Checkout does not give you a password automatically. If this is your first time and you have not created a password yet, go to "Sign In" -> "Forgot your password?", enter your checkout email, use the reset link sent to your email, create your password, then return to sign in.

3. What if I already created a password before?

If you have already set a password previously, simply sign in using your existing password and the same email address you used at checkout.

4. Why does my checkout email matter?

Your subscription access, sign-in, and service-related messages are tied to the email address entered during checkout. Use that exact same email address when you sign in so that your access lines up correctly.

5. Can I still sign in if I do not renew?

Yes. If your account already exists, you may still be able to sign in later. However, picks are visible only when you have an active entitled week. If you do not have an active entitlement, you should not expect access to weekly picks.

6. Why is my login disabled?

Your login is automatically disabled after 4 full consecutive UTC service weeks with no newer active entitlement. When that happens, sign-in is blocked completely. To regain access, purchase a new subscription using the same checkout email, then sign in again.

7. Is this a weekly recurring subscription?

Yes. SoccerXPicks Access is a weekly recurring subscription product. The current setup is weekly auto-renewing billing, subject to the payment status and subscription state shown at checkout.

8. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel future auto-renewal using the subscription management link provided in your checkout-related emails, such as your View Order, Receipt, Renewal, or Generate an invoice.

Open the email and click the subscription management link. If a pop-up message appears, close it. Then open the Manage Subscription page, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm the cancellation.

Cancellation applies to future renewals only. It does not cancel the current paid week, reverse a completed charge, or create a refund.

9. Are refunds or cancellations available?

No. There are no refunds once a subscription week has been purchased, and a purchased week is not cancelled. Please review the SoccerXPicks subscription information carefully before completing your purchase.

10. Can I view old past picks later?

No. The portal is not a long-term archive. It shows only your currently active entitled week. Expired weeks are not shown later, and older picks and results data are periodically removed from the system.

11. What entitled week or weeks can I see in the portal?

The portal can show at most the current active entitled week and the next active entitled week only, when both exist. It is not designed to display expired weeks or serve as a long-term archive of past entitlement windows.

12. When are picks published?

Picks may be published up to 48 hours before kickoff. Timing can vary depending on the match schedule and when the final selected picks are ready.

13. What leagues does SoccerXPicks cover?

Leagues covered may vary from week to week. SoccerXPicks focuses on the soccer matches and competitions that best fit the current analysis, match-insights, and selection filters, rather than promising a fixed public list on every cycle.

14. What market types does SoccerXPicks mainly provide?

SoccerXPicks mainly focuses on Over/Under (OU) and Asian Handicap (AH) selections. However, the mix can vary from week to week depending on where the current analysis and value signals are strongest. As a result, some weeks may show mostly OU picks with very few or no AH picks, while other weeks may show mostly AH picks with very few or no OU picks. The published picks reflect the strongest qualifying opportunities for that period, not a fixed split between market types.

15. Do you guarantee wins?

No. There is no such thing as a 100% win rate, and not every selection will be successful. SoccerXPicks is built around structured soccer analysis, match-insights, stats, and value-based thinking, especially the concept of positive expected value (+EV). While no method can guarantee results, we believe disciplined +EV selection provides a stronger long-term foundation than random or emotion-driven decision-making.

16. How are results shown in the portal?

The portal shows weekly picks and their outcome status when available. Outcome values may appear as WIN_FULL, WIN_HALF, PUSH, LOSS_HALF, LOSS_FULL, or "-". If a result has not yet been processed or is unavailable, the outcome may remain as "-" until it is updated.

17. When are results updated?

Results are generally updated daily around 0000 UTC, after the results download and processing cycle has completed. Timing may vary depending on when the download stream finishes. Until a match result has been processed, the portal may still show "-" in the Outcome column.

18. What timezone is used?

SoccerXPicks stores pick timing in UTC as the main system standard. Subscribers can save their preferred timezone in the portal for display purposes, and that saved timezone is used for portal kickoff display and pick email timing.

19. Will I receive a payment confirmation email after a successful subscription payment?

Yes. After each successful subscription payment, you will receive a payment-related confirmation email. These payment-success, order, receipt, or billing emails come from the @lemonsqueezy-mail.com domain because SoccerXPicks utilises Lemon Squeezy for checkout and subscription billing.

20. Will I receive pick emails?

SoccerXPicks uses pick alert emails for genuinely new picks that are relevant to an active entitled week. These are sent as grouped updates rather than one separate email for every individual pick.

21. Does the pick email show all picks?

No. Pick alert emails are sent only for genuinely new picks from that alert cycle. They are not a full archive of all picks for the week. If you subscribe after some picks were already published, you should not expect duplicate or backdated pick emails for those earlier published picks. Please refer to the portal for the full list of visible entitled-week picks.

22. Why does my bookmaker show a different market line from SoccerXPicks?

SoccerXPicks displays each pick using a standard format: market, selection, line, and reference odds.

SoccerXPicks picks are based on reference market data available at the time each pick is published. Because bookmaker lines and odds can move quickly, the same selection, line, or odds may not always be available later on every bookmaker portal.

23. How do I contact SoccerXPicks?

Support messages are handled through the logged-in portal contact form. Please keep your message clear and relevant to your subscription or portal access.

All valid inquiries will receive a response. Response times may vary depending on match-week activity and subscriber volume, so please allow reasonable time for us to get back to you.

24. How do I know if an email or message is really from SoccerXPicks?

Official SoccerXPicks communications, replies, and emails will come from the @soccerxpicks.com domain. Subscription payment-related emails, order confirmations, receipts, and billing-related access emails come from the @lemonsqueezy-mail.com domain, because SoccerXPicks utilises Lemon Squeezy for checkout and subscription billing.

If a message claims to be from SoccerXPicks but comes from any other domain, treat it as unofficial. Examples such as soccerxpicks@gmail.com, soccerxpicks@yahoo.com, or any other non-@soccerxpicks.com domain are not valid SoccerXPicks sender addresses.

25. Is responsible gambling important?

Yes. Please participate responsibly. Use only funds you can afford to lose. Do not chase losses or treat soccer analysis and selections as guaranteed income. Stop immediately if it is affecting your finances, mood, work, or daily life. SoccerXPicks does not guarantee profit or risk-free results.
