1. Product

SoccerXPicks Access is a weekly digital access product. It provides access to the SoccerXPicks subscriber picks portal for entitled service week(s), as granted on your account after a successful purchase.

2. What you are buying

You receive digital portal fulfilment only: the ability to view eligible picks and related subscriber-only content in the portal for the access period that applies to your purchase. Nothing physical is shipped.

Picks and related content are offered as pre-match information presented in the portal for the entitled service week. The offering is not one-to-one, not customised per subscriber, and is not personal advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

3. Checkout email (important)

Use the same email address at checkout that you will use to sign in to the SoccerXPicks portal. Access is tied to your account; if your checkout email does not match the account you sign in with, you may be unable to use your purchase as intended until account details are aligned through our support process.

4. Billing period

SoccerXPicks Access is sold and described on a weekly basis only. There is no monthly billing option stated or implied by these terms.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Purchases are non-refundable.

Cancellations are not offered as a way to end or unwind an already completed purchase.

6. Support

Support is portal-first: signed-in subscribers should use the contact flow provided inside the picks portal. This keeps requests linked to the correct account and helps us respond in order during busy match weeks.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where applicable law allows.
