• Portal preferences: for example, your saved timezone used to display kickoff times in the portal (and, where enabled, related subscriber communications).
• Support messages: text you submit through the signed-in contact form in the portal, along with your account email and timestamps needed to operate the form (including basic rate limits).
• Technical logs: standard server, hosting, and security data needed to run the site (for example IP address, device/browser type, and request metadata) as collected by our infrastructure providers.

3. How we use information

We use the above information to:

• Provide and secure the subscriber portal;
• Verify weekly access entitlements associated with your account;
• Display picks and related portal content you are entitled to see;
• Respond to inquiries submitted through the portal contact flow;
• Operate, maintain, and protect the service.

4. Checkout and payments

Payment details you enter at checkout are handled by our payment checkout provider. We do not store full card numbers on SoccerXPicks servers. You should use the same email at checkout that you will use to sign in to the portal so access can be linked to the correct account.

5. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to host the website, authenticate users, store subscriber data, send transactional email (for example password reset), and process payments. They process information on our behalf according to their roles and applicable agreements.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, security, and accounting requirements. Support messages and account records may be retained for a limited period to operate the service and handle disputes.

Where applicable law gives you rights over your personal data (for example access or correction), you may exercise them by contacting us through the signed-in portal contact flow so we can verify your account. We may need reasonable information to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request.
